Meet Claudia Hartke, PhD, SEP

From my experience I know that people are more able to change than they realize. I will support you in exploring patterns and beliefs you might not even be aware of, that get in the way of living the life you want. Trauma and difficult experiences are often held in the body. I can help you release them gently to increase your resilience, which frees a sense of ease and choice in your life. I am passionate about working holistically, integrating body, mind and spirit, to support you in feeling more alive.
